Safe, secure housing shouldn’t be a privilege. It’s a basic human need. That’s why Arden Homes, through the NEX Charitable Foundation, is proud to support Women's Property Initiatives (WPI). 

WPI is doing critical work providing long-term, affordable homes for women and children facing homelessness. They’re creating stability, independence, and a future for women who’ve been disproportionately affected by poverty, violence, and a lack of housing options.

Over the past two years Arden Homes have committed $80,000 with a further $40,000 to be donated this year. This funding has helped furnish homes for women and children on the Mornington Peninsula and kickstarted development of seven more, including one-bedroom units for older women and family homes for women with children.
