Arden Homes has joined forces with Women’s Property Initiative (WPI) to improve the lives of vulnerable women and their children who have been living in housing crisis.

Arden has committed $120,000 over three years to support several projects.

In November 2023 Arden through the NEX Charitable Foundation donated $40,000 to help WPI support two families who are moving into new homes on the Mornington Peninsula.

$20,000 was used to acquire some desperately needed furniture and appliances. A further $20,000 will be invested to seed fund 4x 1 BR dwellings for older women, 3x 2BR dwellings for women with children.

Arden CEO Dean Morrison is delighted to have formed a partnership with one of Victoria’s longstanding charities supporting women.

“Our team have discovered firsthand the lifechanging work that WPI undertakes on a daily basis. We were all moved by their passion and commitment to helping women who are facing disadvantage and housing crisis.

“We are looking forward to growing our relationship over the coming years.”
